1. Who we are

Best Card Today ("we", "us", "our") is a service operated from India that helps users decide which of their credit cards offers the longest interest-free period on a given day. The service is accessible at bestcardtoday.com.

By creating an account or using the service, you ("you", "user") agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. What the service does

Best Card Today calculates which of the credit cards you have added to your account offers the longest interest-free period today, based on the statement and due dates you provide. The service may send this recommendation to you via Telegram each morning.

The service does not:

• Connect to your bank account
• Read or store your transactions, balances, or card numbers
• Provide investment, tax, or regulated financial advice
• Guarantee any specific financial outcome

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and resident in India to use this service. By registering, you confirm both.

4. Your account

You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you enter, the security of your password, and all activity under your account. Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorised access.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, attempt to abuse the service, or remain inactive for extended periods.

5. The recommendation is informational only

The recommendation we generate is based solely on the statement and due dates you have entered. It is informational and does not constitute financial, legal, tax, or credit advice.

You are solely responsible for:

• The accuracy of the dates you enter
• Your decision to use any card on any day
• Paying your credit card bills on time and in full
• Any interest, late fees, or other charges levied by your bank

We do not control your bank's billing cycles, holidays, or processing times. A recommendation that is correct based on the dates you entered may still result in unexpected charges from your bank for reasons outside our knowledge.

6. Trial and pricing

We offer a 30-day free trial. After the trial, continued access requires a one-time payment of ₹999 for 12 months. The subscription does not auto-renew. You will need to renew manually if you wish to continue.

Prices are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.

7. Refunds

Because the service becomes accessible immediately on payment, payments are non-refundable except where required by law. If you experience a billing error or a service failure that prevents you from using the service for an extended period, contact us at [email protected] and we will review your case in good faith.

8. Telegram notifications

Telegram delivery depends on the Telegram service, which we do not own or control. We are not responsible for delays, failures, or non-delivery of notifications caused by Telegram, your device, your network, or your account settings.

You may disable notifications at any time from your account settings.

9. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use the service for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to access accounts or data that are not yours
• Reverse-engineer, scrape, or automate access to the service beyond normal use
• Resell, sublicense, or redistribute the service
• Submit false, misleading, or third-party data without authorisation

10. Intellectual property

The service, its code, design, copy, and branding are owned by Best Card Today. You receive a limited, non-transferable, non-exclusive right to use the service for personal, non-commercial purposes during your active subscription. No other rights are granted.

11. Service availability

We aim to keep the service running continuously but make no guarantees of uptime. We may take the service offline for maintenance, upgrades, or reasons beyond our control. We are not liable for any loss caused by service unavailability.

12. Changes to the service

We may add, change, or remove features at any time. Where a change materially reduces the value of a paid subscription, we will notify active subscribers by email and offer a fair resolution.

13. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Best Card Today's total liability to you for any claim arising from your use of the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim arose.

We are not liable for indirect, consequential, incidental, or punitive damages, including loss of profit, loss of credit score, interest charged by your bank, late fees, or missed financial opportunities.

14. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from any claim, loss, or expense arising from your breach of these Terms, your misuse of the service, or your violation of any law or third-party right.

15. Termination

You may delete your account at any time from your account settings. We may terminate your access for breach of these Terms, suspected fraud, or abuse. On termination, your data will be deleted in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

16. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute arising from these Terms or the service is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Delhi.

17. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top reflects the latest version. Material changes will be notified by email to active accounts. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
